This sub-neighborhood is called Pierre Valley (something to do with its decidedly European feel.

Tue, October 3, 2006 - 10:38 PMI just moved here as well. I'm at Cesar Chavez/Diamond so I'm just blocks away from Diamond Heights. These hills are going to be a challenge for me on my bike. I test rode them last night and just a couple repeats really wore me out. I don't know what it'll be like to have to do this climb at the end of the day when I'm all tapped out.
I moved here from Mission & 29th. What a change. The street is so quiet. -
